GINNY DOUGHERTY

Ginny Dougherty is the Capital Management Director for River Caddis Development, responsible for developing financial models, fostering relationships with lenders and investors, and supporting the capital-raising initiatives for our diverse real estate portfolio. She works closely with the development and entitlement teams to ensure seamless collaboration and progress toward financial closings and alongside the acquisitions team to lead financial due diligence and market research to support project feasibility. 

 

Prior to joining River Caddis, Ginny served in city planning, downtown and economic development, and environmental consulting roles, bringing over 10 years experience in guiding private and public development and collaboration among all stakeholders. She has procured and managed Brownfield and Economic Incentives, including local tax incentives and state and federal grant and loan programs. 

 

Ginny holds a B.S in Architecture from the University of Michigan and a M.S. in Historic Preservation with a concentration in Preservation Planning from Eastern Michigan University. She meets the Secretary of the Interior’s professional qualifications as an Architectural Historian under 36 CFR part 61.
